Shipping policy

All products are made to order. Production usually takes 7–14 days before the order is ready for dispatch.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 2–14 days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and order size.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Odette on Point EMZ is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
