Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Odette on Point EMZ through our online store.

All products are made to order and may be individually tailored to the customer’s measurements, requested colours, or other specifications. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and measurements. Changes requested after production has started may not be possible and may result in additional costs.

Production generally takes 7–14 days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–14 days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated. An order is accepted after payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to contact the customer if information is missing, an item cannot be produced, or an obvious pricing or availability error has occurred.

Because our products are made to order and personalised, the right of withdrawal may not apply where permitted by applicable law. This does not limit any mandatory statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits the consumer rights that apply under mandatory EU or national law.
